Bedside Manner

A hot nurse, she served on board ship,
Flashed patients, her bra and slip,
Showing compassion,
After a fashion,
She let dying men fondle both tits.
Edit the existing cartoon illustration while preserving the same composition: an adult patient lies in bed looking surprised, and an adult nurse is shown from behind facing the patient, holding her blouse wide open with both hands. Remove the vest completely and show her bare shoulders, while keeping the scene modest, non-explicit, and cartoon-like. Do not show breasts, nipples, or nudity.
